Change is an ongoing part of life. Even without noticing, change impacts the way in which we perceive, remember and interact with our surroundings. Inspired by that idea, "metamorphosis" attempts to capture an abstract and surreal vision of our world. Throughout this series, I looked to completely alter spaces that might have once been familiar to me and turn them into something off and unreal through the use of practical experimental techniques such as glass, reflections, mirrors and prisms. "Metamorphosis" is an amplified, metaphorical and exaggerated representation of change and how it affects reality for individuals.
